In my late 50's I was beginning to have some issues with my health, getting to fat,bad arthritic knees,waking up feeling like vampires were feasting my energy all night. Now and I bounce out of bed in the morning. Sleep like a baby too.I have lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. It is important to keep Himalayan salt lamps by places where you sit close to computers,electrical stuff they emit Positive ions, which are not good for the body.
